Asia Compact courses are offered for students of the University of St.Gallen on the master level. During the two-week semester break in St.Gallen, the students change the Rosenberg campus with the local hub of the University of St.Gallen in Singapore. The goal of our Asia Compact courses is it to give students first-hand insights into the Asian cultures and the way of doing business in Asia as well as to reflect specific topics, related to the master programs, in an Asian context. The course format is oriented towards practical learning experiences through company visits and guest speakers from the industry combined with traditional lectures.
The Asia Compact courses take place during the break of the Spring and Fall Term of the University of St.Gallen, for instance, in the calendar weeks 14/15 and 44/45 every year. Several master programs are collaboration with the St.Gallen Institute of Management in Asia (SGI) and the courses are an integrated part of the curriculum of the HSG master programs.
