MBA Study Mission to Singapore

Theories covered in class were highly complemented with an immersive, hands-on experience. For example, a visit to the Singapore City Gallery introduced Singapore’s development strategy to students, as well as its plans for the future. Various company visits and guest lectures by local firms and MNCs provided real-world insight into the business and entrepreneurial ecosystem in Singapore. A highlight of the week was a half-day trip to Iskandar in Malaysia, where students had the opportunity to visit Unisteel’s operations allowing them to explore the topic of manufacturing in Asia more deeply.

It proved to be a successful and insightful week for all students and lecturers involved. Everyone celebrated their achievements and new-found knowledge with a farewell apéro at one of Singapore’s famous rooftop bars, enjoying stunning views of the city skyline to conclude a fantastic week.
