Part of a family of Methodist schools in Singapore established in 1886, ACS (International) is a private school which offers the International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma programme. Students take a 6-year course, with the Cambridge IGCSE (International General Certificate of
Education) in the fourth year and the International Baccalaureate in the sixth year. The school has 1000 students of 33 different nationalities.
The ACS (International) students were welcomed to the HSG campus by Dr. Jürgen Brücker, Dean of External Relations, who gave them a presentation about the University. They were then taken on a campus tour where they were introduced to the many famous art masterpieces displayed at the University of St.Gallen. This visit symbolized the increasing awareness of Singapore students and schools about educational opportunities in St.Gallen.
